One day session on “The Responsibilities of Muslim Youth in Islam: Guidance from the Quran and Hadith” in District Dir Lower

In line with the Awami agenda of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the District Administration of Dir Lower, in collaboration with the District Youth Office Dir Lower, organized a one-day session on “The Responsibilities of Muslim Youth in Islam: Guidance from the Quran and Hadith” at Shayan College, Kumbar, Maidan. This session was conducted under the esteemed patronage of Dr. Nauman Mujahid , Director Directorate of Youth Affairs, and Mr. Muhammad Arif Khan , Deputy Commissioner of Lower Dir . The event was attended by over 200 participants.

During the program, Maulana Riaz Ullah, a prominent religious scholar from Dir Lower, delivered an insightful lecture on the responsibilities of Muslim youth in Islam. He elaborated on various aspects of youth responsibilities, including faith and spiritual duties, the importance of acquiring knowledge, maintaining moral and ethical conduct, and actively engaging in community service. His discussion was rooted in the teachings of the Quran and Hadith, providing a comprehensive understanding of the topic.

The Principal of Shayan College, Mr. Malik Shahid, addressed the audience, emphasizing that youth should advocate for justice and equality, reflecting the core values of Islam, as highlighted in Surah An-Nahl.

A Question and Answer session was also conducted, where participants eagerly engaged and sought further clarification. Many attendees expressed their gratitude to the District Youth Officer for organizing such a valuable seminar, which they found both informative and inspiring.

At the conclusion of the session, certificates were distributed among the participants, and shields were presented to the guests and other prominent individuals in recognition of their contributions.
