District Youth Office Kohat, in collaboration with the District Administration, organized a Nursing Seminar, Candle Lighting and Oath Ceremony at the Department of Nursing, Kohat University of Science and Technology. The event was arranged to recognize the noble profession of nursing, promote professional ethics, and inspire students to serve humanity with dedication, compassion, and integrity.

The ceremony was graced by Faisal Khan Wazir, District Youth Officer Kohat, as the chief guest. Other distinguished guests included Farjad Ali Shah, Dr. Farman Ullah, Dr. Fawad Bangash, Hamid Khan, Muhib Khan, and Nayab Habib.

During the seminar, the speakers highlighted the vital role of nurses in the healthcare system and emphasized the importance of professionalism, empathy, and lifelong learning in nursing practice. They encouraged students to uphold the highest ethical standards and contribute positively to society through quality healthcare services.

The candle lighting ceremony symbolized the commitment of nursing students to the values of care, compassion, and selfless service. The students also took the nursing oath, pledging to serve patients with dignity, respect, and dedication throughout their professional careers.

The event concluded with appreciation for the collaborative efforts of the District Youth Office Kohat, District Administration, and KUST in promoting professional development and encouraging young healthcare professionals to excel in their field.
