Two Days Capicity Building Training for Female held on 12-06-2026 at District Kohat

District Youth Office Kohat, in collaboration with the District Administration, successfully organized a two-day capacity building training titled “Entrepreneurial Mindset and Small Business Skills for Young Women: A Two-Day Capacity Building Training for Female Students of FATA University.”

The objective of the training was to empower young female students by developing their entrepreneurial mindset and equipping them with essential skills required for starting and managing small businesses. The program focused on promoting self-reliance, innovation, and economic empowerment of women through practical learning and expert guidance.

The training featured distinguished speakers who shared their valuable knowledge, experiences, and insights with the participants. These included:

Prof. Dr. Mohsin Nawaz, Dr. Alamzeb Aamir, Miss Aimon Samreen, and Miss Rabia Khan.

The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Faisal Khan Wazir as a guest of honor.

During the sessions, participants were guided on topics such as entrepreneurial mindset development, small business planning, financial literacy, and identifying market opportunities. The interactive sessions encouraged young women to transform their ideas into practical business ventures and explore self-employment opportunities.

The initiative reflects the continued commitment of District Youth Office Kohat towards youth empowerment, women’s development, and skill enhancement in the region.
