District Youth Office Torghar, in collaboration with the District Administration, Rescue 1122, Civil Defence Torghar, and Police Department, organized a Youth Capacity Building Training at Jawan Markaz Judba. The training aimed to enhance the skills, awareness, and preparedness of youth in emergency response, leadership, disaster management, and community service activities.

Additional Deputy Commissioner R&HR along with Assistant Commissioner HQ graced the event as chief guests. DSP HQ and District Food Controller also joined the event and appreciated the efforts of the District Youth Office for organizing such an informative and beneficial activity for the youth of District Torghar District. The guests highlighted the importance of youth engagement in positive and constructive activities and encouraged participants to actively contribute towards community welfare, public safety, and social development.

A large number of youth volunteers from different areas of the district participated enthusiastically in the training session. Volunteers of Civil Defence, Rescue 1122, and Police Department also actively participated in the program and shared their practical experiences regarding emergency response, rescue operations, disaster management, public safety, and law enforcement responsibilities. Officials appreciated the dedication and valuable services of all volunteers and departments in serving humanity during emergencies and maintaining peace and order in society.

Rescue 1122 instructors delivered practical demonstrations on first aid, CPR, emergency response techniques, fire safety measures, and rescue operations. Civil Defence officials conducted awareness sessions on disaster preparedness, evacuation procedures, and community safety measures, while police representatives briefed participants on public safety, traffic awareness, and the role of youth in promoting peace and cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

During the training, participants actively engaged in practical exercises and interactive sessions, which improved their confidence, leadership abilities, and understanding of emergency handling and volunteer responsibilities. The program also focused on teamwork, discipline, and social responsibility among youth.

Officials from the District Youth Office stated that such initiatives are essential for empowering youth and preparing them to play a productive and responsible role in society.

At the conclusion of the event, certificates and shields were distributed among the participants and distinguished guests in recognition of their participation and efforts. The participants appreciated the organizers for arranging a valuable and knowledge-based training program and expressed their commitment to utilizing the skills learned for the betterment of the community.
