The two-day International Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ Conference commenced at Khushal Khan Khattak University Karak with the participation of prominent national and international scholars, researchers, academicians, and students from across the country and abroad.

The opening ceremony was graced by renowned scholar and Rector of Riphah International University, Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad, who attended the conference as the keynote speaker. Rector of Peer Roshan Institute of Progressive Sciences and Technology, Dr. Fida Younas Khattak, participated as the chief guest, while Vice Chancellor of Gandhara University, Dr. Ehaj Hassan Khan, attended as the guest of honor.

Earlier, conference organizer Dr. Fasih Ur Rehman welcomed the distinguished guests and participants and highlighted the aims and objectives of the conference. He stated that the conference was intended to promote scholarly discourse on the life, teachings, and universal message of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, while encouraging academic research on Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ in the contemporary world.

Speaking on the occasion, Patron of the Conference Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir Khalily expressed gratitude to the dignitaries, scholars, and participants for their presence and appreciated their academic contributions toward the success of the conference.

The keynote speaker, Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad, emphasized the importance of following the teachings of the Holy Prophet ﷺ in addressing modern-day social, moral, and intellectual challenges. He urged educational institutions to play their role in promoting peace, tolerance, and ethical values in society through research and academic engagement.

A large number of national and international scholars participated in the conference both physically and online, presenting research papers on various dimensions of Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ and its relevance to contemporary issues.

The conference has been organized by Khushal Khan Khattak University Karak in collaboration with Kohat University of Science and Technology and the District Youth Affairs Office Karak.
