Under the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Dir Upper Mr. Naveed Akhbar a two-month Grammar and Special English Conversation Course was organized by the District Youth Office Dir Upper in collaboration with the District Administration Dir Upper.

The closing and course completion certificate ceremony was held on 15 April 2026 at Sajjawal English Language Academy Rehan Kot. The purpose of this course was to enhance students English grammar, communication skills and confidence in speaking.

Mr. Sher Ali Khan Additional Deputy Commissioner Dir Upper was invited as the chief guest. He addressed the students and appreciated their efforts encouraging them to continue improving their English communication skills.

More than 30 students were awarded course completion certificates. Mr. Zubair and Mr. Zeeshan highlighted the course content and explained its various aspects. District Youth Officer Mr. Shehzad Tariq elaborated on the outcomes and importance of the course.

Other distinguished guests included Mr. Luqman Adil, Mr. Zohaib Jan, Mr. Sajjad Ali Tareen and Mr. Yasin Khan.

At the end of the ceremony shields and gifts were presented to position holders, guests and other prominent participants.
