Awareness Session on Thalassemia held on 21-02-2026 at District Charsadda
The District Youth Office Charsadda, in collaboration with JZT Charsadda, organized a Thalassemia Awareness Seminar at Government Girls Degree College Padrang. The seminar was conducted with the objective of raising awareness about thalassemia, its prevention, and the importance of early screening to help eradicate the disease.
During the session, participants were informed about the causes, symptoms, and preventive measures associated with thalassemia. Emphasis was placed on promoting voluntary screening and responsible health practices to foster a healthier and more informed society.
