The District Youth Office Dir Upper organized a one-week training program titled Effective Communication for Better Performance. The closing ceremony was held on February 12, 2026, at Sajjawal IT Hub.

During the session, Master Trainer Mr. Zubair Ahmad highlighted the significance of effective communication skills in enhancing academic performance and professional growth. The Chief Guest, Mr. Sher Ali Khan, along with Project Director Mr. Murad Khan, emphasized the vital role of communication competencies in achieving success in both educational and career pursuits. On the occasion, District Youth Officer Mr. Shehzad Tariq reiterated the office’s commitment to youth development and announced the continuation of similar training programs across Dir Upper.

The ceremony concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, where participants actively engaged with the speakers and expressed their appreciation for the initiative. Shields and commemorative gifts were presented to the distinguished guests and participants as a token of acknowledgment and encouragement.
