This grand, well-organized, and impactful convention served as a powerful platform for youth leadership, empowerment, and nation-building. The event was graced by the Honorable Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Muhammad Sohail Khan Afridi, as the Chief Guest, who administered the oath to the newly elected members of the Young Leaders Parliament and delivered an inspiring, visionary, and thought-provoking address to the youth.

In his address, the Honorable Chief Minister appreciated the passion, awareness, and leadership potential of the youth and warmly welcomed young leaders to Peshawar. He also made a significant and encouraging announcement by increasing the interest-free loan scheme fund from PKR 3 billion to PKR 5 billion, aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, self-employment, and economic empowerment among the youth.

The Chief Minister emphasized:

“A nation that lacks self-respect cannot progress. True greatness lies not only in degrees or wealth, but in having a great vision and sincere leadership. Nations progress when love for the country resides in the heart and leadership is honest.”

He assured the youth that wherever young people across Pakistan engage in positive, constructive, and national-level initiatives, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Directorate of Youth Affairs will provide full support, guidance, and facilitation.

The prestigious convention was further honored by the presence of Advisor to the Chief Minister for Sports & Youth Affairs Mr. Taj Muhammad Tareen, Secretary Youth Affairs Mr. Muhammad Asif, Director Youth Affairs Dr. Nauman Mujahid, and Deputy Director Mr. Zubair Khan Khattak, adding to the significance and dignity of the event.
