On February 4, 2026, the JZT Charsadda City Team, in collaboration with the District Youth Office Charsadda successfully organized a Thalassemia Awareness Seminar at ICMS College Charsadda. The seminar aimed to educate young students about thalassemia, its prevention, and the importance of volunteerism in building a healthier society.

Muhammad Waqas Ahmed (Director VIP Affairs) delivered an insightful session on thalassemia, highlighting preventive measures and the critical role of pre-marital screening.

Amir Sohaib (Director Digital Department) inspired students by sharing the impact and long-term benefits of volunteerism, while Zainab Mian (President KPK Territory-II) briefed participants about upcoming internship programs, encouraging youth to gain professional experience alongside community service. Muhammad Talha (Ex-Coordinator Charsadda City) introduced JZT’s vision and ongoing awareness initiatives across educational institutions nationwide.

An interactive Q&A session followed, with students actively engaging and demonstrating strong understanding of the topic. To appreciate their participation, prizes were awarded to standout students.

The Principal of ICMS College, Mr. Abdul Ghani Khan, attended as the special guest and highly appreciated JZT’s efforts, assuring his full support for thalassemia awareness and patient welfare. A Special Shield was presented to him as a token of gratitude.

The event was smoothly coordinated by Muhammad Noor Jalal (Coordinator Charsadda City) and documented by Muhammad Danyal (GS Charsadda City), with valuable support from General Member Saima Mian.
