Student Talent Expo 2025 held on 04-12-2025 at District Peshawar
The Media and Communication Officer of the Directorate of Youth Affairs, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, issued a press statement that under the vision and directions of Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Muhammad Asif and Director Youth Affairs Dr. Nouman Mujahid, He visited the Student Talent Expo held in Peshawar, Representing the Directorate Youth Affairs, he visited various activity zones of the expo where he was briefed in detail about the arrangements, student stalls, participation levels, and the overall objectives of the event. The expo aimed to celebrate youth creativity, promote healthy academic competition, and provide a platform for students to showcase their talents.
The Student Talent Expo Peshawar was organized in close collaboration with the Directorate of Youth Affairs and attracted students from multiple educational institutions. The event featured an extensive series of competitions including debate contests, naat recitations, and intellectually stimulating quiz sessions. Students participated enthusiastically, reflecting the vibrant talent pool present across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Outside the main halls, a wide array of stalls was established by young entrepreneurs and community organizations. These included pet food display counters, handmade crafts, art and design showcases, as well as Rescue 1122 awareness stalls that provided demonstrations and safety information. The diverse range of stalls added a dynamic and interactive dimension to the event, encouraging students to explore creative and entrepreneurial avenues.
A significant highlight of the expo was the special “Gaza Conference” conducted by the Director General of Friends of Palestine, Mr. Bilal Astall. Addressing the students, he discussed the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza, the challenges faced by the Palestinian people, and the global responsibility of youth in advocating for justice, peace, and human rights. The session was informative, emotional, and left a deep impact on attendees.
The Media and Communication Officer appreciated the organizers, student participants, educational institutions, and partner organizations for successfully delivering a meaningful and impactful event. He emphasized that such initiatives not only encourage youth expression but also strengthen their understanding of global issues and responsible citizenship.
At the conclusion of the event, an honorary shield was presented to Media and Communication Officer Muhammad Huzaifa Bin Salih in recognition of his dedicated services in youth engagement, media coordination, and effective representation of the Directorate of Youth Affairs.
