The District Youth Office Haripur, in collaboration with University of Haripur and Gawah Sports Management Company (SMC), organized a heartfelt “Salam Iqbal Mushaira” at the University of Haripur, celebrating the life, poetry, and philosophy of Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal — the visionary who awakened the spirit of selfhood and freedom among Muslims of the subcontinent.

Young poets and students passionately presented verses inspired by Iqbal’s message of Khudi, faith, and self-reliance, paying glowing tributes to his unmatched literary legacy.

Shields and certificates were awarded to outstanding performers and contributors during the event.

The ceremony beautifully reflected Iqbal’s timeless vision of empowering youth to lead with knowledge, creativity, and purpose.
