Under the special instructions of Deputy Commissioner Dir Upper, Mr. Naveed Akbar, and the Director, Directorate of Youth Affairs, Peshawar, Dr. Nouman Mujahid, a one-week workshop on Personality Development and Leadership Qualities for Future Leaders was successfully organized by the District Youth Office Dir Upper in collaboration with the District Administration Dir Upper. The certificate distribution ceremony was held today at Modern English Language Academy, Dir Town.

More than 60 male and female students participated in the workshop and received certificates upon successful completion.

Master Trainer, Mr. Imran Khan, delivered insightful and interactive sessions covering important themes such as personality development, communication skills, leadership traits, self-confidence, public speaking, discipline, and ethical behaviour. He emphasized that positive mindset, strong character, and responsible attitude are essential qualities for future leaders.

Youth Chairman Rehan Kot, Mr. Semab Ali Khan, graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest. In his address, he appreciated the efforts of the organizers and encouraged the youth to continue learning and contributing positively to society. He stated, Our youth have immense potential to make our country proud. Such trainings play a vital role in building confidence and shaping their future.

District Youth Officer, Mr. Shehzad Tariq, congratulated all the participants and reaffirmed that similar training workshops will be organized across various colleges and tehsils of Dir Upper. He said that investing in the youth is investing in a brighter, stronger and responsible future.

Participants expressed their gratitude to the District Administration and Youth Office Dir Upper for organizing this meaningful and impactful workshop. A Question-Answer session was also held, allowing students to interact and gain further clarity.

Distinguished guests present on the occasion included Luqman Adil, Altaf Khan, Sohail Khan, Waqas Khan, Waqar Khan, and Miss Laiba Imran.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Shields of Appreciation were presented to the guests in recognition of their valuable support.
