Two Days Workshop on AI Application in Biological Science 2025 at District Haripur
On the Directions of Director Youth Affairs Kp, The District Youth Office Haripur, in collaboration with the Department of Biology, University of Haripur, successfully organized a two-day workshop on AI Applications in Biological Sciences on 21–22 October 2025.
The workshop featured renowned speakers from NUST and UOH, including Dr. Yasir Ahmad, Dr. Hammad Tanveer, and Dr. Saleha Ashfaq, who delivered engaging sessions on:
AI & Data Analysis
Machine Learning Models and Applications
AI in Plant-Based Pharmaceuticals
Computer Vision and Biological Use Cases
The event was graced by Prof. Dr. Shafiq ur Rehman (Vice Chancellor, UOH) and Prof. Dr. Aziz Ullah (Dean, Faculty of Biological & Biomedical Sciences) as patrons, and received an overwhelming response from students and faculty members.
