In the special direction of Deputy Commissioner Dir Upper, Mr. Naveed Akbar, and Director, Directorate of Youth Affairs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Nouman Mujahid, a two-week IT Digital Skills Boot Camp organized by the District Youth Office Dir Upperand District Administration concluded today, 21 October 2025, at E-Tech College Dir Upper.

A certificate distribution ceremony was held at E-Tech College, where more than 50 students were awarded course completion certificates. Mr. Ilyas Ahmad (Additional Assistant Commissioner HQ Dir) attended the event as Chief Guest. He congratulated all participants on successfully completing the training workshop and appreciated the efforts of the District Administration and Youth Office. He also emphasized that the District Administration will continue to support such skill development initiatives in the future.

Students expressed that they participated in this course alongside their studies to learn digital skills, earn income, and become self-reliant.

Mr. Shehzad Tariq, District Youth Officer Dir Upper, stated that students who have completed this boot camp will be provided with advanced training courses free of cost. He also announced plans to arrange technical and vocational training programs across all tehsils, especially for female youth.

The Master Trainer, Mr. Sajjad Ali Tareen, delivered insightful lectures throughout the course. Students thanked the Master Trainer, District Youth Officer, and District Administration for organizing this valuable learning opportunity.

Other distinguished guests included Mr. Semab Ali Khan (Youth Chairman Rehankot), Mr. Luqman Adil (Youth Office Representative), Mr. Zohaib Jan (Youth Office Representative), Mr. Azaz Musharaf (Lecturer, E-Tech College), Mr. Awais Hashmi (Managing Director, E-Tech College), and Mr. Majid Shams (Youth Office Representative).

At the end of the ceremony, shields and souvenirs were presented to the Chief Guest and other prominent guests in recognition of their participation and support.
