under the directions of District Administration Abbottabad and the guidance of Dr. Noman Mujahid, Director Youth Affairs, and Secretary, Department of Sports & Youth Affairs, in collaboration with MR Rehan Khan Founder Of Sidra Foundation and The Minds Foundation, organized a remarkable event in connection with World Mental Health Day at Muslim Education System School, Abbottabad.

The event was graced by Ms. Azka Fatima, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning), as the Chief Guest.

Distinguished guests included Mr Rehan Khan Founder Of Sidra Foundation Mr. Usama Nadeem, Chairman Youth Parliament; Mr. Bilal Hamid Khan, CEO National Institute of Modern Languages; Mr. Sardar Yasir, Director Heaven Group of Companies; Mr. Jan Muhammad, District Emergency Officer; and Ms. Bushra Masroor Mughal, District Youth Officer Abbottabad.

Prominent speakers — Mr. Arsalan Siddiqui, CEO The Minds Foundation; Ms. Zobia Gulfam, Clinical Psychologist; Dr. Fariha Khan, Associate Professor of Psychology (GGPGC Abbottabad); and Prof. Sameera Naz, Department of Psychology (Hazara University) — delivered insightful talks on the importance of mental well-being.

The speakers highlighted that mental health is an essential part of overall health and emphasized the need for awareness and collective efforts to promote it in society.

Students from various schools and special students also participated by presenting their beautiful paintings depicting the theme of mental health and emotional well-being.

At the end of the event, certificates and shields were distributed among the participants and distinguished guests in recognition of their valuable contributions.
