On the direction of Director Youth Affairs and Deputy Commissioner Torghar, District Youth Office Torghar organized a Speech Competition and Awareness Session on Youth Responsibilities at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) New Killy Hassan Zai, Torghar. The program was aimed at educating and motivating students about their social, moral, and civic responsibilities as youth, while also providing them a platform to showcase their speaking skills.

The event was graced by the Assistant Commissioner Hassan Zai Mr. Ali Imtiaz as the Chief Guest. The presence of the chief guest added great significance to the session, encouraging the students to participate with enthusiasm.

During the program, students actively participated in the speech competition, highlighting various aspects of youth responsibilities, such as education, discipline, volunteerism, and nation-building. The speeches reflected the students’ awareness, confidence, and commitment to play a positive role in society.

On behalf of the District Youth Office, the District Youth Officer Torghar presented a shield to the honorable chief guest as a token of respect and appreciation. Later, the Chief Guest distributed shields and certificates among the position holders and participants of the speech competition, encouraging them to continue their efforts in personal development and community service.

In his address, the Chief Guest appreciated the efforts of the District Youth Office Torghar for organizing such meaningful activities. He emphasized the vital role of youth in the progress of the country and urged students to focus on education, character-building, and active participation in social development.
