District Youth Affairs Nowshera, in collaboration with the جامعہ علوم اسلامیہ فاروقیہ نوشہرہ organized a seminar on the سیرت النبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم on the premises of the latter. In which people having expertise in the subject, delivered lectures on the topic "How to arrest the increasing intolerance in the society with the teachings/سیرت of the Holy Prophet (SAW)۔

Notable amongst the speakers were:

Maulana Mujahid Khan Turangzai (Governor National Youth Assembly KP);

Mufti Fawad Noor (Islamic Scholar);

Dr Muhammad Haris (Divisional Head Peshawar NYA);

Hafiz Muhammad Huzaifa Haqqani (District Leader NYA); and,

Maulana Tehseen Ullah Farooqi (Chancellor Jamia Farooqia).

All the speakers emphasized upon the سیرت النبی صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم and the tolerance aspect in his holy life. They narrated many stories from the character and conduct of the Prophet of Islam justifying the point that his was a perfect example of a perfectly tolerant human being. And that the tolerance he afforded to his enemies is unparalleled in the annals of history. Being followers of the Prophet of Islam, it is our fundamental duty to adopt tolerance towards others who are different, from us, in their beliefs, caste, creed, tribes et al.

The seminar concluded with dua for the whole ummah and distribution of certificates and souvenirs amongst the participants.
