As per the directions of Deputy Commissioner Malakand, Mr. Muhammad Fayaz Khan Sherpao, a certificate distribution ceremony was held at Perfect Institute Batkhela under the "Youth Skills Development Program"

On this occasion, the District Youth Officer Malakand distributed certificates among the female participants of the "Social Media Marketing Course" The training program was exclusively arranged for young women with the aim of equipping them with modern digital marketing skills to enhance their employment opportunities and promote self-reliance.

Speaking at the ceremony, the District Youth Officer emphasized the importance of empowering women through skill development, stating that such initiatives would enable them to contribute actively to both family income and the national economy.

The participants expressed their gratitude to the District Administration and Youth Affairs Office for providing a platform that encourages women to learn practical, market-oriented skills.
