The District Youth Office Haripur, in collaboration with Metrix Pakistan, proudly hosted the Metrix Youth Summit 2025 on 9th August 2025 at the Hakim Abdus Salam Library, Haripur, bringing together over 1,000 young participants, technology enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders for a transformative day of learning, inspiration, and innovation.

We were deeply honoured by the gracious presence of our Chief Guest, Minister of Information Barrister Dr. Muhammad Ali Saif, and Guests of Honour, Minister of IT Shafqat Ayaz and Additional Assistant Commissioner Haripur Shahid Iqbal Khattak. Their presence added immense value and encouragement to the youth and the entire tech community.

The summit featured an exceptional lineup of guest speakers, including:

The day was packed with insightful sessions on cutting-edge topics such as cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, AI, cloud computing, and youth empowerment, inspiring participants to innovate and lead in the digital age.

Award Ceremonies were a highlight of the summit:

Pride of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Awards for Climate Change honoured youth leaders driving environmental sustainability, including Fatima Faraz Hoti, UNICEF Foresight Fellow and Member of the Prime Minister’s Youth Council.

Content Creators Awards recognised digital influencers, educators, and storytellers making a positive impact through social media.

The event also featured networking zones, exhibitions, and career guidance opportunities, providing participants with direct access to industry experts, recruiters, and mentors.

This summit was not just an event — it was a celebration of youth potential, innovation, and collaboration.
