To mark the solemn occasion of “Exploitation Day” on August 5th also observed as Kashmir Day the District Administration and the District Youth Office-kurram organized a poignant ceremony and solidarity walk at the Deputy Commissioner's Office. As per the directives of Deputy Commissioner kurram , Mr. Ashfaq khan , the event was led by Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance and Planning, Mr. Shoukat Ali and Additional Deputy Commissioner General Ameer Nawaz.

The ceremony attended by a large gathering of officials from various line departments, teachers and media representatives, A minute's silence was observed to pay respects to the oppressed Kashmiris. To express solidarity with our Kashmiri brothers and sisters, participants formed a human chain and participated in a walk from governor cottage to the Deputy Commissioner's office , raising slogans in support of Pakistan and Kashmir while demanding the right to self-determination for the oppressed Kashmiri people.

The event concluded with heartfelt prayers for the oppressed Kashmiris reaffirming our unwavering support and solidarity with them in their quest for justice and freedom.
