On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Malakand Mr. Fayaz Khan Sherpao and Director, Directorate of Youth Affairs Peshawar Mr. Abbas Khan Afridi the Closing and Certificate Distribution Ceremony of the One Month Dress Designing and Dress Making Course was held on 6 October 2026 at Muhallah Gul Mandi Malakand.

The training was organized by the District Youth Office Malakand in collaboration with the District Administration Malakand with the aim of equipping young women with practical skills promoting self employment and creating opportunities for home based businesses and sustainable income generation.

Ms. Shaista Gul Khattak(Finance Officer Malakand) Ms. Maria Tabassum(Principal Oxford Education Academy) and Ms. Nizakat(CEO Glamour Grove Beauty Salon) were invited as distinguished guests. They appreciated the initiative and emphasized the importance of vocational skills for empowering women and enabling them to become financially independent.

Ms. Robina(Master Trainer) was appreciated for her dedication, professionalism and effective training throughout the course. Her practical guidance and supportive approach helped participants develop their skills in dress designing, cutting, stitching and related techniques.

At the end of the ceremony course completion certificates were distributed among the participants while shields and gifts were presented to the distinguished guests and trainer in recognition of their valuable contribution and support.
