International Youth Day 2026 Celebrated in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The Directorate of Youth Affairs KP, organized a vibrant ceremony to mark International Youth Day 2026 at Sahibzada Abdul Qayum Hall, University of Peshawar, bringing together young people, social activists, educationists and distinguished guests.
The event was attended by the Chief Advisor to the Chief Minister on Sports and Youth Affairs, Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs, senior officials, civil society representatives and a large number of youth.
A key highlight was the launch of the Youth Anthem, celebrating the energy, unity and aspirations of the province’s young generation. The programme also featured a panel discussion, inspirational success stories and Youth Excellence Awards presented to outstanding social activists in recognition of their contributions to society and youth empowerment.
The celebrations concluded with live musical performances, reaffirming the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s commitment to creating opportunities for youth and supporting them as active contributors to the province and the country.
“Empowering Youth, Shaping the Future” remained the central message of the celebrations.
