One-day seminar on "Future Prospects & Implications of Artificial Intelligence on Society" at District Dir Upper

The District Youth Office Dir Upper in collaboration with the District Administration Dir Upper and Director Societies SBBU Sheringal, successfully organized a one-day seminar on "Future Prospects & Implications of Artificial Intelligence on Society" at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Sheringal.

The seminar featured Dr. Siraj Muhammad as the keynote resource person, who delivered an insightful presentation on the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence. The event served as a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and capacity building, empowering young individuals to harness the potential of Artificial Intelligence and contribute to the socio-economic development of the region.

The ceremony was attended by esteemed guests, including Mr. Sher Ali Khan, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Relief) Dir Upper, who served as the Chief Guest, accompanied by Mr. Shah Wali Khan, Tehsil Chairman Sheringal. Other distinguished attendees included Dr. Wajid Raza, Mr. Arshad Iqbal, Dr. Irfan Ullah, Dr. Fazal Haleem, and faculty members.

In his address, Mr. Sher Ali Khan emphasized the significance of such seminars in shaping the futures of young individuals and expressed a commitment to replicating similar sessions across all district tehsils. The event drew enthusiastic participation from over 200 students from various departments, creating a dynamic and interactive atmosphere.

A highlight of the session was the engaging question-and-answer segment, which facilitated a rich exchange of ideas and encouraged critical thinking among the youth. At the event's conclusion, Mr. Shahzad Tariq presented certificates of appreciation to participants and organizers, while shields were awarded to the chief guests and distinguished contributors as a token of gratitude.
