Seminar on Artificial Intelligence at District Swabi

Under the directives of the respected Deputy Commissioner Mr. Nasurullah Khan, the District Youth Office Swabi, in collaboration with the Debating Club, successfully organized a seminar titled “Artificial Intelligence: The Future of the Young Generation” at the University of Swabi.

Distinguished guest speakers included Dr. Shah Nizar, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science, and Dr. Islam Zada, Associate Professor from the Department of Software Engineering, Islamic University Islamabad. Both scholars delivered insightful and engaging presentations on the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Robotics. They highlighted how these technologies are shaping career opportunities, human resource management, academic research, and various sectors including agriculture, biology, and finance.

The seminar witnessed active participation from students, who engaged enthusiastically with the speakers through thoughtful questions and discussions. The event concluded with the distribution of shields and certificates to the esteemed guests, professors, and participating students.

Mr. Sufyan Khan, Director of Student Affairs and Dean of the department, also addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of AI knowledge for the youth and expressing his appreciation for the efforts behind the seminar. Special thanks were extended to Mr. Shahzeb, District Youth Officer Swabi, and Mr. Awais Khan of the Debating Club for their commendable efforts in organizing this impactful and successful event.
