International Labor Day at District Dir Upper

In alignment with the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Awami agenda, May 1st was celebrated as Labor Day in Dir Upper to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of workers and express solidarity with them. Following the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Dir Upper, Mr. Naveed Akbar, a rally was organized under the leadership of Additional Assistant Commissioner Revenue and District Youth Officer Mr. Shahzad Tariq.

The rally saw significant participation from a large number of employees, including Tehsil Officer Revenue Mr. Salem, Supervisor RDD, and Dir Bazaar Union President. On this occasion, the Additional Assistant Commissioner emphasized the importance of the labor community as an integral part of the nation, paying tribute to workers and laborers for their services.

He highlighted the government's efforts to uphold the dignity of workers, aiming for their welfare and prosperity. The event culminated in a grand ceremony held in Dir Bazaar, honoring the workers and laborers for their contributions.
