Awareness Session on Climate Change at District Charsadda

Charsadda, situated in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) region of Pakistan, is highly susceptible to floods and faces a literacy rate below 50%. Despite climate change being a part of the curriculum, many individuals remain unaware of the critical issues associated with it. This session aimed to bridge this knowledge gap by providing religious scholars and students with practical insights into climate mitigation and adaptation strategies.

In a dynamic Q&A session, students who provided correct answers were awarded ballpoints by Hanif Ahmad Khan, encouraging engagement and participation.

The event was expertly managed by Executive Member Anees Khan, with Mehran Khan, Coordination Secretary, serving as the chief organizer. The youth exhibited active involvement and interest throughout the session, posing thought-provoking questions.
