Awareness Session on Mental Health at District Mohmand

Today, District Youth Office in collaboration of Sahar Welfare Foundation successfully organized "Mental Health Awareness session" at Government Girls High School Mechani, where the importance of mental wellbeing, recognized signs of mental health distress, and learned ways to support ourselves and others were discussed.

Trainers of the said session were Madam Laila and Madam Sumbal (Psychologist and serial trainers of UNDP respectively). And guest of honor was Madam Riaz (Principal of Headmistress of Government girls high School Dab Kor Mechani).
