Medical Relief Activity at Rajgal Valley District Khyber

AID International, in close collaboration with District Youth Office Khyber and the 215 Wing Tirah Militia, successfully conducted two days of impactful community service in Rajgal Valley. These initiatives included free medical camps and a dedicated youth seminar and empowerment session focused on the development of youth in one of the most remote and underserved regions of Pakistan.

Medical Camps Overview:

Two mega medical camps were organized at the following locations:

1. Tor Chappar Village – Rajgal Valley

2. wacha wanna BHU – Rajgal Valley

Medical Team Composition:

• 12 Members (6 Female Doctors, 6 Male Doctors & Management Staff)

• Services Provided:

• General OPD & specialist consultations

• Free medicines (sponsored by our partner organizations)

• Routine laboratory tests & basic diagnostics

• Health & hygiene awareness sessions

• Distribution of educational supplies to out-of-school children

Total Beneficiaries:

• Over 2,000 patients treated

• Hundreds of women and children reached in areas previously lacking access to healthcare

Youth Development Seminar:

Alongside the medical services, a special seminar on Youth Empowerment & Community Building was conducted with the support of the District Youth Office Khyber. The session focused on:

• Youth participation in community service

• Leadership development & volunteerism

• Peacebuilding and awareness in tribal districts

Certificate Distribution:

At the end of the seminar, certificates of appreciation were awarded to active youth members from Tirah Valley who have played a key role in local volunteer and welfare activities.
