Spring Tree Plantation Campaign 2025 Launched in District Charsadda

The district administration of Charsadda, in collaboration with the District Youth Office Charsadda, the District Forest Office, and the District Sports Office Charsadda, has officially launched the "Spring Tree Plantation Campaign 2025." The inauguration ceremony was graced by Deputy Commissioner Qaiser Khan as the chief guest. Other distinguished attendees included District Police Officer Suleman Zafar, Assistant Commissioner Charsadda Riaz Ahmed, Additional Deputy Commissioner Shehbaz Khattak, District Youth Officer Faheem Durani, Sub-Divisional Forest Officer Shah Khalid, officials from various government departments, volunteers from the District Youth Office, and schoolchildren.

Addressing the gathering, Deputy Commissioner Qaiser Khan highlighted the importance of tree plantation and elaborated on the environmental, social, and economic benefits of trees. He emphasized that trees are not only essential for a clean environment but also crucial for establishing a healthy society. District Police Officer Suleman Zafar also spoke on the occasion, stressing the importance of tree protection and the significance of this campaign. He encouraged the public to participate actively in tree plantation efforts to ensure a greener and more prosperous environment for future generations. This campaign is based on both public awareness and practical initiatives, with government institutions and the local community working together. The objective of this tree plantation drive is not only environmental improvement but also transforming Charsadda into a lush and green district.
